Funding and coordination#

In addition to publications and software, I value project development as part of academic growth. My experience so far includes collaborative research design, software-centered project planning, and small-scale funded initiatives.

Selected funded project contributions#

Medical Education for the Future (MEF)

Project: Generative AI study: Multi-objective approach toward de novo design of dual EGFR and VEGFR inhibitors

Role: co-lead / core contributor

Approximate scale: USD 34,000

Medical Education for the Future (MEF)

Project: ProDock: A Comprehensive Automated Framework for Molecular Docking and Validation for Small Molecules and Peptides

Role: co-lead / core contributor

Approximate scale: USD 34,000

Broader project role#

I have also contributed to project coordination and collaborative research development within the MedAI environment, helping connect cheminformatics, AI, peptide modeling, and drug-discovery workflows. This work strengthened my interest in building research programs that combine methodological depth, reusable infrastructure, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
